I returned to the “Good Old Days Festival” at Barellan in 2025 to watch the world record where 62 horses with 62 hearts pulled a mightly large wool wagon. It was a trip I made when my caring role ended with my father who was loved and cared for by my husband and I at home in Tasmania. There is a lot of saying goodbye to Dad in this piece. Dad had Alzheimer’s but he sure loved his music and our horses.
